Harga iPad di eStore Sama dengan Apple Store
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — Pantas saja gerai eStore di Ratu Plaza, Jakarta langsung diserbu ratusan orang, Sabtu (18/12/2010), untuk mendapatkan iPad secara langsung. Apalagi, harga yang ditawarkan bisa dikatakan sama dengan harga yang dijual Apple lewat toko online-nya, Apple Store.
iPad sendiri hanya dijual di agen penjualan bertanda Apple Premium Reseller. Sebagai salah satu Apple Premium Reseller, eStore menjual iPad dengan dua spesifikasi yang berbeda, pertama yang hanya dilengkapi Wi-Fi dan spesifikasi kedua dilengkapi dengan Wi-Fi + 3G.
eStore menjual iPad mulai harga Rp 4.790.000, sedikit lebih murah daripada Apple Store Indonesia yang menjual mulai dari Rp 4.799.000. Bedanya, konsumen yang membeli di Apple Store Indonesia bisa mengukir (engrave) di bagian casing belakangnya sebagai ucapan atau identitas. Namun, pembeli online harus menunggu 2-3 minggu untuk mendapatkan iPad, sedangkan di eStore bisa langsung mendapatkannya.
Harga iPad termahal yang disediakan eStore adalah Rp 7.990.000 untuk iPad 3G+WiFi dengan kapasitas memori 64 GB. Dengan tersedianya ipad secara resmi, konsumen tidak perlu lagi risau soal dukungan teknis dan purna jual. sebelumnya, pengguna yang tidak sabar ingin menggunakan ipad harus membeli di luar negeri, paling dekat ke Singapura, atau lewat pasar gelap yang membuat harganya melambung dan tanpa jaminan garansi. KOMPAS.com — Apple telah memperkenalkan iPad 2, Rabu (2/3/2011). Seri terbaru tablet produksi Apple itu akan mulai dijual di Amerika Serikat pada 11 Maret mendatang dan di 26 negara lain mulai 25 Maret.
Beberapa keunggulan utama iPad 2 adalah lebih tipis dibandingkan iPhone 4 dan dua kali lebih cepat dari iPad sebelumnya. Selain itu, juga memiliki kamera, memiliki pilihan warna hitam dan putih, serta harga yang sama dengan iPad sebelumnya.
Sebagai konsekuensi dari peluncuran iPad 2, maka harga iPad seri sebelumnya akan jatuh. Menurut situs Dallas Morning News, dari 499 dollar AS, harga iPad kini turun 100 dollar AS menjadi 399 dollar AS. Harga tersebut memang tak murah, tetapi setidaknya banyak orang senang dengan penurunannya.
Sementara iPad 2 diluncurkan, sebenarnya Apple juga telah merencanakan peluncuran iPad 3. Diprediksikan iPad 3 akan diluncurkan musim gugur ini pada bulan September, alias hanya 6 bulan dari sekarang.
Kapan pun iPad 3 diluncurkan, harga iPad dan iPad 2 nantinya diharapkan turun. Beberapa orang mengatakan, pada saat itu harga iPad pertama mungkin sudah bisa menjadi 199 dollar AS, turun 300 dollar AS dari sekarang.
